The apartment for 1-2 people is spacious and has all the necessary items .. it’s a little run down in the sense that the tv was laying on the floor and the shower is actually a tub with a hose and no shower curtain but I got used to it but for the price and convenient location I really wasn’t expecting much and this was better than I imagined it would be! The bed was big and comfortable, the windows were nice and large with an excellent view of the city and the little plaza below.. I deducted 1 star only because there was literally no shampoo or conditioner or hairdryer so I needed to go to the convenience store and pick up those toiletries. On the plus it was easy to get to and very close to Grand Place and Mannakin Pis and had an easy to use elevator which I very much appreciated.. I really felt like a local and loved my experience and stay!

거기 가지 마라. 주인이나 예약자 모두 우리에게 도움을 주지 않았기 때문에 유럽 시민 사무소에 항의하고 있습니다. 아파트는 더러웠을 뿐만 아니라 광고에 나온 것(소파 베드용 린넨, 세면도구 등)도 없었습니다. 하지만 그곳에서 누군가가 살해된 것으로 보였습니다. 매트리스와 더러운 베개에 끔찍한 혈액 얼룩이 있습니다.

We had booked another beautiful and rightly expensive property on booking... the day before arrival they diverted us to this one which was almost uninhabitable and crumbling, saying that having accepted the exchange it was fine as it was

I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy. It already took us quite a while to find the address but once we found it we went up to the apartment and we found the house of horrors. I don't know how anyone can rent an apartment in these conditions. The entrance door frame moves everywhere, one kick and down the door without much effort. The kitchen is full of burn marks. A door is missing from some cabinets. In the dining room-room all windows, some without curtains. The bathtub was dirty. I was with 2 10-year-old children who, when I entered there, started crying because they were scared. Of course we have left and I have looked for alternatives. I am a travel agent and I have made the pertinent claim but no one can take away the bad time my children have had.

The only positive thing was the location. Part of the promised stuff was not there (no kitchen linnen e.g.) Even no mirror in the bathroon and no hot water for more then half of the stay of 4 days. Communication aboit that was really poor. The telephone which we could use was out of reach. Very smart?? No, one of the poorest stays we ever had!
