Location

tiny beds, Villa Verde., disappointment with bed size, both in compliance
I was at the hotel Villa Verde, the room 206, is small, single beds too small, the cleanliness is very good, and the spectacular breakfast, beautiful pools, the cool heated pool, and a lot of noise wedding party.,In general was good the bad even was the beds.

One night alone, good.
The hotel is in a village with other hotels, the location is pleasant.
Near the hotel there are restaurants and snack bars.
Old hotel, room without blackout curtain, dirty and unmaintained bathroom, dingy towels, I had to request another towel that came a little better without so many stains, when I got up at night going to the bathroom I found two cockroaches.
Old and smelly blanket.
Pool area lacking maintenance, with worn flooring.
Very small, claustrophobic gym.
Breakfast, only one attendant, few products and food quality leaves something to be desired.
Hotel in general needs care and maintenance.

New Year Package
I was with my husband for New Year, and here are the observations:
- The common areas: they are very beautiful and well maintained, swimming pool, reception, coffee shop, everything is very beautiful;
- The room: served the purpose, but needs renovation, certain points of the ceiling were poorly sealed, allowing light to enter, and the bathroom door was very noisy and the handle kept falling off;
- The restaurant: it is outsourced, and some waiters made a point of reminding several guests of this. The food is excellent, we have nothing to say about the quality, on the contrary, it surprised us positively. But the team is very disorganized, all meals were late in starting time. At dinners, the food that was served on the tables could not be filled and there were not enough tables for everyone. I noticed that several other guests complained about these things as well;
- The New Year's party: the party was excellent, the band was wonderful, drinks were very good and always cold, but for a change, it was late to start the party.
Suggestion: the hotel is very good and the restaurant has amazing food, but the service needs to improve in general. Even though they are outsourced, it is the name of the hotel that is in charge.

Great for resting
Villa Verde is a group of 3 hotels (Villa Verde, Casas Amarela, La Dolce Villa) within the same space. They share common areas and space for breakfast. The space has a green area, a lake, swimming pools, mini farm, tennis and football court, outdoor pool and indoor heated pool. Our stay was in the yellow house flat, a room with great space, but the idea of a flat with a kitchen leaves a lot to be desired, it has a 2-burner thermal stove, no microwave and "no" kitchen utensils, summing up the The stove is useless if you don't take all your utensils with you. The common space is large and lacks a bit of maintenance, especially in the indoor heated pool, dirty pool, dirty outdoor pool area, there is a hot tub in the heated pool space but the water in it was not heated and it was dirty so dirty. The toy library has many toys but needs urgent maintenance on the glass on the side doors, which are broken and glass falling out is a danger to children. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of options, there is an outsourced restaurant with good food but poor service due to the delay in service and not because it was full but because of the waiters' lack of attention, we arrived at the restaurant and were taken to our table. and 20 minutes after already calling someone for us several times and no one came, we got up and went to Villa verde mall where there are other restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms is good, good shower, good air conditioning. Overall a great place to rest, lacking care in general maintenance.
