Disappointment and Disorganization
- There is no person responsible for the establishment (manager) on weekends. When we got back from the cafe, the bedroom door didn't open. We redid the card 3x. One of the employees very willingly took a wire to try to open the door, but without success. We waited for approximately two hours from the first entry attempt.
- Garage employees park in an apparently uncovered parking lot. I received my vehicle covered in bird feces, which damaged the paintwork of my car.
Conclusion: no compensation for the damage I experienced with my family and damage to my car; Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

Primeiramente agradeço por ter disponibilizado parte do seu tempo e nos enviar seus comentários. Estamos sempre trabalhando com intuito de melhorar a qualidade de nossa hospedagem, visando sempre a satisfação de nossos clientes.
Verificamos sua reserva pelo canal da booking.com e neste aparece a informação completa sobre as discrições e acomodações, estão foram exatamente as entregues ao Senhor. Infelizmente na data de sua hospedagem estávamos com o hotel lotado e sem possibilidades para mudança de apartamento.
Gostaria de ter a oportunidade de recebe-lo novamente em nosso hotel e poder reverter esta primeira impressão deixada em sua hospedagem.
