We always stay in this hotel when we go to Edmonton, we love the room layouts, nice getting the closed off bedroom area so kiddo can sleep while parents still watch TV or hang out. My only complaint is that we were on the 4th floor and it was uncomfortably hot - the thermostat said 21 degrees but it was more like 23-24. Pool and amenities at this hotel are great. Will gladly come back!

Service is wonderful. Now , when it comes to the actual building…very poor! Yes it’s clean and modern but you can literally hear the water running through the walls. For example if someone flushes or uses the shower above, you can actually hear the water running down. Very annoying when it’s all throughout the night.

I have stayed here dozens of times and I have noticed a decline in the comfort this stay. The sheets had a stain, the water pressure in the sink was lower than usual. The shower drain pan (floor) was work and loose, it squeaked when standing and moving in the shower. The mattress felt softer than normal. Additionally, they changed the rewards structure where the 10 dollar VIP gift card is only eligible for use during your stay and you cannot use it at a later date. This was disappointing.
The hotel is usually top notch for cleanliness and comfort. I hope the items I noticed are just an anomaly.

Comfortable bed and great check in. There was a banging sound all night - like construction or something in the pipes that made a sound every minute or so.
