As a valued guest, I appreciate you taking the time to write the comments that you highlighted during your interaction with the hotel reservations team.
I have investigated the issue you raised: “The refund of my deposit money has not been done. I lost my deposit money.” This is incorrect!
I have tracked the timeline of events and can assure you that the hotel has NOT stopped the refund, any refund has to be sent through the Bank of China, with necessary approvals and at times is cumbersome, your refund of 3,000RMB was actioned at the time of check out, might I suggest you recheck with your credit card company.
