If you go to Viñales, VILLA PIRRY without a doubt!!!

If you go to Viñales, Villa Pirry is the best option without a doubt!!! They welcome you like one of the family, super friendly, attentive, spectacular food and very good dancers!!! If you have any questions they will solve it for you, many excursions to do. The house is very good, clean, cozy and with spectacular views from the terrace of the entire valley. Very close to the center!!!
Don't even hesitate if you go to Viñales!!! Totally recommended!!!

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and the power went off at least once a day, usually in the evening/nighttime. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but is something bare in mind, especially as it is very warm there and the air conditioning stopped working. The people at the hotel were always there to help and the breakfast ($5) and dinner ($6) were well-priced and very good. There was always somebody around who talked to you. However, our not knowing a lot of Spanish was a hindrance. There was a nice table for sitting outside with a beautiful view of the mountains. The WIFI was free, but we had to ask for them to log it in every time and it was time limited - so I would recommend bringing your own ETECSA card.

Feb 2020, 5 night stay, Wonderful casa.

El Pirry is a family home with 2 rooms for rent. The noted restaurant and bar refers to drinks and meals being available from your host, not to a business that your rooms are located beside. The Casa is located alongside a large field in a wonderful rural setting yet is only a 7 minute walk from the center of town. There is a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley where we spent our evenings watching the sun go down and the stars come up. Rum, a cigar and stars. What else could you ask for. The hosts are cheery, kind, and helpful - we were delighted :)

We stayed at El Pirry while visiting Vinales. The room is basic and clean, it has a nice view but also some problems with humidity and animals roumors during the night.
I felt sick so the owner came with me to the doctor and that was very nice from her.
What really disappointed us is that they wanted to make fast money on us: she charged me 2 breakfasts even if I told her I was not going to eat and ate just few things, they offered us a really expensive walk (we found out later it was supposed to cost usullly half of the price) and they brought us to a tabacco filed were we have been offered to buy cigars. We bought a box of 10 cigars and,when we came back home from the holiday, we found out inside the box there were only 9 cigars. We were really disapponted and its definitely a not good publicity for cuban tourism to treat guests that way.
