Hotel eccellente
Un Hotel eccellente, ubicato in ottima posizione. Ho apprezzato la camera molto comoda, con tv grande e connessione internet veloce. Personale davvero moto gentile ed adorabile, specialmente Mr. Ron Keel. Rapporto qualità-prezzo favorevole.

Terrible place, this is not a joke (unlike this hotel)
I'll just leave this here:
- Keycard demagnetized (locked out of the room at night -no reception or emergency number)
- Eventually found a working keycard to our room at the empty reception desk, so yeah: keys lying around for everyone to take
- Room never cleaned in 4 nights (no fresh towels, sheets, basic cleaning -even with the sign on the door)
- Beds hard as stone, uncomfortable as hell
- Water from the faucet was WHITE. And of course, no vending machines.
- Towels were torn, or had dead bugs in them
- No shower curtain. How hard is that?
- WiFi was terrible.
- Breakfast ends at 9:30, during summer holidays (except on Sunday -NO timetable anywhere, and no staff to ask)
- Reservation said: Check out 7-9, NOBODY showed up before 8, we had a long way and lost and hour
- Staff doesn't understand the most basic English
- Disabled toilets at ground floor are locked with a key, which makes it really hard for disabled people. (=> go ask the reception, IF anyone is there)
- Oh and there's a plant blocking the way to the bell for disabled people, in case they want, you know, get in the hotel
Just don't go there.

Hello,
I would like to respond to the guest`s concern.
1) In case there is no staff at the reception desk there is always a person available on the cell phone, whose number is written on the keycard.
2) Every morning of the guests stay our chambermaid came to ask if there is anything they need, she was always rejected with an answer that they do not need anything.
3) Beds hard as stone, uncomfortable as hell?? It always depends on the individual taste and feelings.
4) White water? I cannot even imagine what it really means.
5) Instead of using unhygienic curtains we use proper plastic doors in our showers.
6) We are sorry for weaker WiFI connection, especially during busy days when we have a lot of guests connected, however we are working on its improvment.
7) Breakfasts ends at 9:30 as it opens at 10:30 for lunches. This information is available on Booking.com. The guests are informed about our timetables in advance before their arrival.
8) Disabled toilets at ground floor are locked in order to keep the hygienic standars (as we have noticed several people from the street coming to the disabled toilets to keep their daily hygienic routine). When a disabled person comes to our hotel the toilets are obviously unlocked immediately.
9) The plant is standing next to the bell for disabled people, not in front of it, so the bell is easy to reach. All disabled clients are welcomed! We have a barrier free lift and room.
10) We serve Lavazza coffee.
We are sorry that the guest was not satisfied with our service however we believe that there are a lot of clients who are content and are always happy to come back again.

Líná obsluha
Přišli jsme v 20:45 na pivo, servírka nás 15min ignorovala ačkoliv 3x šla okolo stolu. Nakonec přišla s otázkou s cizim přízvukem , zdali si tedy něco dáme, ale s jídlem ať už nepočítáme a že zahrádku už budou uklízet v 21:30 (otevřeno maji do 22:00) s výrazem : Zas někdo přišel... Tak jsem ji znechuceně sdělil, ať se neobtěžuje a odešli jsme. Pokročila rameny. Není to taková prvni zkušenost. Škoda, hezký hotel i restaurace. Personál tragédie .

DŮSTOJNÉ UBYTOVÁNÍ HOTELOVÉHO TYPU
...se všemi atributy, které lze od deklarované úrovně očekávat v normě, snad jen mírně předražené a s občasným výskytem neprofesionálního chování personálu restaurace.
Jídlo na průměrné až mírně nadprůměrné úrovni v rámci Náchoda a okolí.

Es wird renoviert
Endlich wird was getan, die Zimmer werden nach und nach renoviert, die Badezimmeramarturen in Ordnung gebracht, die Handtücher mit großen Löchern ausgesondert. In den Zimmern eine modernere Farbgestaltung, es besteht Hoffnung für das Hotel.
An der Frühstückskarte hat sich nichts geändert, die Auswahl leider sehr überschaubar, Sonderwünsche werden mangels Englischkenntnisse des Personals nicht verstanden oder ignoriert. Der Kaffee leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher, schade, es war wohl der beste Kaffee in Nachod.
Positiv, daß auch im Restaurant die Stühle und Sitzbänke frisch bezogen wurden. Jetzt würde noch der Boden fehlen.
Alles in allem: es tut sich was auch wenn noch viel zu tun bleibt. Leider besteht nach wir vor eine große Baustelle vor dem Hotel, die Straße die schon seit Jahren gemacht werden soll. Vielleicht wird sie auch mal fertig? Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
