A pleasant stay with a few points to improve

Hello,
I would like to thank you for the quality of your services and the care taken to maintain your hotel. The rooms are spotless, quiet and very pleasant, making the stay particularly pleasant.
However, I would like to share a few observations: during my stay, one person spoke very loudly on the phone, which was a bit surprising in such a peaceful environment. A small awareness of the customers on respecting the calm could be beneficial.
The toilets are clean, but I noticed a detached handshake and a sink tap that was not properly secured. These small details deserve special attention to preserve the comfort of guests.
Finally, regarding Wi-Fi, I saw a paper mentioning the password, but the SSID seemed unavailable. This made the connection difficult. Improving Internet access would be a real plus.
Despite these points, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at your property. Your hotel is a place we appreciate and recommend. Keep taking care of it, we will gladly come back!

Cancellation of booking without notice

After talking on WhatsApp and getting the booking confirmed, I set up a schedule and arrived at the hotel after a traffic jam that lasted more than 2 hours from the city center. They told me there was no room available with various excuses., including the receptionist, apologized. Even though I called the manager of the company several times, he did not come out of his room to give an explanation.
They have already sold rooms by the hour and kept you waiting at the reception for 3 hours.
It is a disrespectful enterprise that does not respect institutionalism and does not respect business ethics.
