Mosquitos show up in certain hours and times of the year.
I am very sorry, we couldn't help you out changing your reservation; unfortunately, you stayed in very high season.
We also apologize because the system of Datafast national wide was having problems; this didn't allow us to charge you using your credit card; once again, sorry for this inconvenient which it was out of our hands.
We will be more than happy to host you again, and we will offer you a free bottle of wine for the above mentioned inconvenients.

All our bungalows have a view, best view (the Pacific Ocean and the Cloud Forest) depends very much of the cost of the bungalow.

On the other hand, I am very surprised you didn't like our mattresses; they are very high quality and semi-ortophedic which made them a bit hard; very important for our health.
We hope we can provide the best accomodation for you in the next future.
