First of all, we are deeply touched by your kind and positive words towards the team and the unique atmosphere of Maison Souquet, createad by the iconic designer Jacques Garcia.
Furthermore, we have duly noted each of your feedback, it is indeed very valuable to us. Our wish is to constantly improving and bring to you the best possible experience. Your reviews will help us to identify what we are lacking.
We appreciate it kindly and we would like to extend our sincere apologies regarding the noise incidents which are independant from our wish and the bad smell you encountered at the spa.
It was really unfortunate regarding the noise as the street is normally a quiet and safe way next to the residential building and school. Please be assured that our management team is working alongside with the neighborhood council and the police department of Paris in order to provide each of our guest the best experience, so our guest could fully enjoy their parisian journey.
As for the spa, our team proceed every night to a deep cleaning with natural products to ensure the cleanliness of the relaxation area and the wellbeing of our guest. My team is instructed to double the attention regarding the smell.
