More or less catastrophic.

The service on site as well as the logistics were poor, the reception staffed neither on arrival nor on departure, a blind in the room defective so that you could not darken, there were missing toothbrush cups and an incandescent lamp in the bathroom, the otherwise usual spa card with discounts not handed out etc. The announcement of the operator to meet me as a result of the shortcomings resulted in a double reminder in the end, without my email being addressed. That's what I call dubious. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether to do this to themselves or not book a better hotel on site, of which there are some. The thermal hotel zb I can highly recommend. Neither the outdoor facility, nor the hotel itself, both visibly came into the year. seem to be still profitable for maintenance or modernization. Money made fast!

The hotel does not correspond to the pictures and description on the homepage on the Internet or tour operators.

If you are looking for adventure, this is the right place.
The hotel was clean and comfortable.
The outdoor area is very unkempt and the parking lot is in poor condition. Demolition material is also stored there.
If you use the hotel only for overnight stay it is sufficient.

Fairly run down maybe its a work in progress? Felt a bit like a hotel that Scooby Doo and the gang might end up in! Breakfast not great on the day we were there i think they may have been caught out. A faded grand hotel . It will do but might be worth looking around . Easy walking in to town

I had worse hotels, but the hotel industry is so criminal to me and my people, they destroy everything, are mentally disabled and cleaningness is something else than that what Hotels 'offer' for far too high prices. The hotel people mistreat me as if i would not have any human right even. Stalking, commands, harrassment, nasty crimes, sleeping, eating, drinking, working, getting an apartment, wellbeing, all forbidden. The hotel before, they were even dragging me down the stairs and steeling me stuff after having injured my privacy rights as a guests, coming everyday with an awful lie - around - justification injuring my privacy rights, seeking to destroy my day and body. Hopefully those are in jail soon, that here is different but they were also lying harrassing and building up an awful story already "you have to pay in advance, even though its sunday and you were here since Thursday"

Cold stay

Our senior ladybikersgroup spent one night in this hotel last week. We had to leave at 6:30 and the breakfast was served at 7 o´clock. The young lady in reception could not help us at all, when we asked he to serve us at least something in the morning. The breakfast was included in room´s price.
We had two rooms and another was very cold. There was an open window in so high position that you could not reach it. Because of our biking tour we luckily had clothes enough. The outside temperature was something about +7- +10 C.
