끔찍한 경험 !!!! STAY OUT 더 나쁜 고객 서비스

Vahingen의 The Nui Kettle에 머무는 동안 내부 프로세스 오류로 인해 예약된 숙박 요금에 대해 두 번 지불을 청구해야 하는 괴로운 상황에 직면했습니다. 호텔 측에서 예약 절차를 제대로 확인하지 못해 그 실수로 인한 금전적 부담을 제가 져야 했습니다. 특히 답답한 점은 오류가 전적으로 그들 측에 있었음에도 불구하고 두 달 동안 돈의 손실을 감수해야 했고, 반복적으로 환불을 요구하는 데 상당한 시간과 노력을 투자해야 했다는 점입니다. 이는 재정에 영향을 미쳤을 뿐만 아니라 불필요한 스트레스와 불편을 초래했으며, 이는 호텔의 운영 효율성과 고객 서비스에 심각한 지장을 초래했습니다.
절차상의 혼란은 명백했고, 경영진의 의사소통 부족은 상황을 더욱 악화시켰습니다. 직원들은 호텔 업계에서 용납할 수 없는 수준의 무례함을 보여주었습니다. 더욱 실망스러운 점은 호텔 경영진의 사과가 전혀 없다는 점이다. 이는 고객 만족과 기본적인 예의를 무시한 태도를 반영한다.
저는 잠재 고객에게 이러한 내부 문제를 해결하고 고객 중심 접근 방식을 구현할 때까지 The Nui Kettle에 머무르는 것을 재고할 것을 강력히 권고합니다. 내 경험은 실망스러울 뿐만 아니라 호텔 측의 전문성과 책임감이 심각하게 부족하다는 점을 강조했습니다.

niu kettle doesn't have to be again
We arrived around midnight and received a "handicapped accessible" room, which was definitely not needed.
Next to this, it was already stated in the Booking Referral to get a quiet room. However, our room was directly opposite the elevator, which was still used rain during the week after midnight and made itself felt acoustically at every stop on our floor.
The drain from the handicapped-accessible shower also did not drain cleanly, causing the water to back up.
In addition, the individual mattresses are very narrow for 1 person.
In short, the niu Kettle does not have to be again.

CONDESCENDING EMPLOYEE!
I never had problems at The Niu Vaihingen via TooGoodToGo (food rescue). I picked up my breakfast for 1 person in the morning. The app does NOT say Max 1L as with other hotels or we provide them with packaging(s), but it says: please bring your own containers.
I always took 2 rolls, 1 apple, sausage & cheese for the 2 rolls ,a little cucumber, tomato, peppers, a small portion of scrambled eggs, a blob of ketchup/mustard, and 2-3 mini pancakes. Snacks like bars I NEVER took (Since it has nothing to do with food rescue and would be disrespectful)
The one employee where Always predominantly at the buffet was greeted and always says goodbye to me friendly and does his job very well.
On 2.8.24 another employee did not want to let me to the buffet despite paid order. The other nice staff member worked it out and I got my breakfast. I was watched disturbingly by the said employee at first and then told me in front of the other people they pay 3€ (it is 3,50€) and they take everything here and the other guests pay 16-17€. I'm getting pissed off before anyone else, even though I just wanted to get my breakfast. TooGoodToGo stands for food rescue and I get fooled at the buffet (because I pay less). He told me to pack my things and get out. I then complained to the reception. The two employees and one employee from the reception were present. I regret getting a little louder and expressing what I thought of it. But I only regret it because the nice employee was there and I should have just gone straight to him out of respect.

No room despite reservation
When we arrived, we were greeted in an unfriendly manner and asked what we were doing here at this time. We explained our situation and said that we didn't need to go to the room, but just wanted to check in and leave our luggage. Both were harshly rejected, so we left our luggage in the car and took the tram to the wedding.
When we arrived again at night, there were no rooms available, even though we had booked well in advance as part of the wedding quota. The booking was confirmed and deposited with a credit card. The only solution we were offered was to move to another hotel in the chain at the other end of the city. Inconvenient, considering that we had already parked the car at this location and could no longer drive after drinking alcohol at the wedding. They would have paid for a taxi for us, but only on the way there.
Luckily, we were able to organize a room for ourselves in the neighboring Ibis Styles.
The niu kettle was a negative experience overall and not recommended.
