Great!

I stayed here and I had a fantastic stay. The hotel is safely guarded. The showers are very hot. The beds are very comfortable and I slept great! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend anyone to stay here too.

Missionary retreat perfection

This is the second time I have been in Guatemala for a mission trip and I have stayed at this hotel each time. It is clean, convenient, but most of all safe. This is a family run business but is run in a professional way. My church partner who comes with me had health problems with her mother and I was left by myself. Even as a single American woman I was like a member of the family and I do not speak much Spanish. Mainly, throughout the week, businessmen come for a base office but the atmosphere is not rowdy. The food is very, very, reasonable and is very tasty. Chicken soup is a great favorite.There is no airconditioning as is the case in any hotel under $100 per night. Clean sheets, towels, and someone ready to help with anything. A guard in the parking lots who is very serious regarding the safety of his guests. I paid under $20 per night. This is a very simple place with meeting areas and a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for a mission trip.

Esta vez me decepcionaron de gran manera

He visitado este hotel en varias ocasiones pero esta vez si me quedaron a deber mucho, incluso desde el proceso de la reserva:
Días antes hice la reserva de habitacion via telefonica, al momento de presentarme al hotel resulta que no habia una reserva a mi nombre, sin embargo, aún así habia disponible habitacion.
Fui al area del restaurante para cenar algo con mi madre y resulta que no tenian nada disponible de la carta, ellos impusieron que servirnos en lugar de que uno como cliente pide que comer, esto porque tenian un evento que estaban cubriendo pero no es justificable, solo nos ofrecieron pan sandwich y pollo a la plancha, el pollo ni estaba bien cocinado provocandole nauseas a mi madre. el cafe estaba pesimo ralo y mal sabor.
la habitacion estaba excelente como siempre pero esta vez lo pasé muy mal pues habia demasiada bulla de musica por el evento que tenian en la planta baja, llamé a recepcion para que solventaran eso pero no hubo modo que le bajaran volumen, uno viene a hospedarse donde haya tranquilidad y con esa bulla a alto volumen tuve dificultad para gozar de un buen descanso. (y esto que me encontraba en 4to nivel) . además entro mucha gente tarde y hacian mucha buya(gritando y platicando)
decidí no desayunar e irme inmediatamente de ese hotel. estoy seguro que no voleré nunca más

Hotel de paso

Pase preguntando pero no me quede. Hotel súper descuidado y sucio.
Paredes sucias, la ropa de cama vieja y sucia.
Hotel solo para alguien que no encuentre lugar en otro lado y no tenga más opción que esta.
No lo recomiendo para nada.

Hotel Básico

Visité el hotel el fin de semana pasado con un grupo de amigos. El hotel muy lindo por fuera y los salones también son espaciosos, sin embargo las habitaciones son muy pequeñas apenas y se podía caminar dentro de la habitación. Luego pedimos un posible cambio y nos mandaron al 4to piso y la recepcionista ni sabía creo yo, que esa habitación no tenía baño y nunca lo comentó. En fin, no pudieron hacer nada y tuvimos que arreglárnosla! Se que es servicio al cliente, pero creo que a los recepcionistas de este hotel les hace falta mucho para tener un buen servicio al cliente!.
