5 start, great location, service, and food
Came to Onfia for business. Hotel is right in the middle of the business area of Gurgaon (golf course road).
Good hotel security as well. Will definitely come back.

My 1st experience
I will like to give my feedback during my stay at your hotel from 15-20 March. I’m staying at room 1219.
Positive Feedback
- I have to give compliment to one of your staff, Ms Pia Sethi, Guest Relations Manager. She has demonstrated professionalism and pride in her work. She assisted arranging a day trip for me with good driver/guide recommendation. She also worried that I would be hungry as I set off very early morning and arrange a bag of snacks and water to accompany me during my journey. After my return, she would checked back on my experience. She is indeed an exceptional lady I have met in all my hotel stays.
Negative Feedbacks
- Each time I entered the lift, your security guards will ask me for TripAdvisor review and cited their name to be mentioned. Seriously, if I experienced excellent services I would have. Pressing the lift doesn’t warrant any.
- Your restaurant front counter staffs do not have any service experience. I was greeted by asking what’s my room number during my lunch and dinner. They should ask me whether I will like to have the buffet or ala carte instead. When they showed me to my table, they didn’t even bring any menu and I have to ask them a while later. Topping up of water has to be often asked and there was no proactive service from your staff. They were merely there just to serve and clear.
- I don’t have a warm and welcoming experience when I was doing my checkin as well as requesting for information. Your staff at the front desk and executive lounge lacked in product knowledge. They didn’t understood what I asked for. They could have asked me to repeat or clarify my questions.
As Hilton Gold members, I am pretty disappointed with the services with the exception of Ms Pia. Hilton comes with a good reputation with its service and I don’t see any in this hotel. Need to improve.
