VALUE FOR MONEY ( COMFERTABLE STAY )

a nice hotel with the great hospitality.
staff were very helfull.specially anupama gupta ( the help desk lady ).
nice and warm hospitality.
good interier inside the room and washroom.
good room service.love to visit again.

Pathetic Hotel & Service

The service was terrible, lift was not working, we paid for breakfast but they only served poha and that too tasteless, they did not have milk for tea. Staff was very rude and rigid. They dont care about the guest. Pathetic experience. we booked for 2 days but stayed only 1 day and left. pls avoid this hotel, there are many other good options.

poor management

very poor management. Refund early check in amount and hotel booking its very unfortunate that we have paid you advance for booking and early check in after that your representative not open entrance in morning 5 am, for one hour.
Is it the way to welcome guest.

A comfortable hotel at a convenient location

I was at Cennet with my wife & son and occupied two rooms.The rooms were clean,well furnished and having mini fridge,electric kettle, LED TV,AC,Concave shaving mirror,Running hot & cold water.Electronic safe and card keys.Hangers were conspicuous by their absence in the wardrobe though. Need of some steel hooks for hanging clothes in washroom was also strongly felt.
This Hotel is very conveniently located in the prime Civil lines area and has 18;double bed rooms and two suites.The restaurant is situated on top floor (4th) and function hall in basement.Room service of restaurant is poor and often no one is there to attend to phone even in day time.In the basement hall there should be a washbasin in the rear separate space and a washroom. If some food is served during function in the hall you cannot even wash your hands and if due to nature's call you seek a toilet it is nowhere around.Parking is mostly street parking . However Reception madams were very polite and always willing to assist with a smile. Overall a comfortable stay I would say.

Great location - Just the back lane

What I liked about its location is that it is right in the centre of the Civil line area (Just the back lane though). All the famous eating joints are nearby, all the main roads are nearby, all that you could expect is nearby, Perhaps not a great name, but a decent stay. The rooftop has a restaurant, the lane has free parking, night walk was so good. Overall a decent hotel to stay.
