Very uncomfortable
The bathroom is very small, there is no bidet even if there is a small shower near the toilet, the kitchenette is narrow and uncomfortable, there are no drainers and support points, there is no wardrobe but shelves and some hangers. In addition, the air conditioner went into blockage after a while and the filters inside were very dirty. The general cleanliness of the room is also very superficial.
The stairs to the apartment are narrow and steep and this can pose a risk if you are carrying bags, various luggage or if you are wearing slippers and sandals and if, going up or down, you meet other tenants there is no room to move.
The terrace, very pretty, overlooks the sea but also the shipyards and workshops also, to reach the nearest beaches you have to move, although not by much. The only plus point is certainly the parking pass. Sorry, but it is not a property I would recommend since it does not give the idea of relaxation that a holiday home should make. All very uncomfortable in my opinion.

struttura sporchissima
Il vano era pieno di detriti, polvere che al minimo soffio di vento volavano nella stanza. Il filtro del climatizzatore totalmente nero, mai sostituito in barba alle più elementari norme sanitarie e leggi anticovid.
Insomma, da sconsigliare.
Mi chiedo che senso abbiano recensioni che parlano di struttura pulita quando faceva letteralmente pena.
Grazie per averci fatto buttare un giorno di ferie impegnato a cercare una soluzione adatta a" persone"non animali. Mi premurero' di diffondere foto, per evitare che altri possano vivere una situazione del genere.
