가족휴가로 여행중에 유아한명 데리고 방문했습니다
나폴리 시내를 둘러보고 호텔에 갔는데 도시느낌에 비해 상대적으로 많이 안전하고
세련되어 보이는 호텔이였습니다
조식당 뷰도 좋고 식사도 좋았습니다
주차는 지하주차장에 직원이 주차해주고 체크아웃시 제가 직접 찾아가는 방식이였습니다
객실이 아주 널고 컷습니다 추천해요

Perfect hotel
The best hotel in Italy ever. Exellent service and they have a shuttle bus that they can drive you in the local area. Big room and perfect cleaning. The breakfast is very Nice also with a lot og food and drinks. We recomend this very much for a trip to Naples.

Could have been better
Great big rooms though having to listen to someone else flushing the toilet or shower was unpleasant especially late at night or early morning.Pool area is beautiful though service very slow, noisy construction work next door and loud music from events venue next door. Breakfast was adequate but choices were limited, no live cooking station and hot food was poor. Once you leave the hotel there is not much to do and not a good choice of restaurants either. Convenient for the train station if you want to travel into Naples or to Pompei, Vessuvio or furfher down the coast.

For dining, our on-site restaurant Litho55 (run independently) offers a curated menu, and our team is always available to help guests discover nearby options—if asked.
Regarding noise: the hotel maintains sound insulation standards, but if guests leave patio doors open or are particularly sensitive, we recommend requesting upper floor rooms. We regret if construction nearby caused disturbance, though it's external to our control and temporary.
Breakfast includes a wide assortment of continental and hot items, constantly replenished. There is no live cooking station, and we do not advertise one.
As for poolside service, it can occasionally slow during peak times—but is generally well-reviewed by our guests. We remain at disposal during the stay to address any issues immediately—provided we are informed.

STAY AWAY!!!
Expected more from a 4 star hotel, the staff were absolutely horrible to me and my friend. Rooms were not cleaned or restocked when this hotel is advertised to do so. Extreme disrespect to vegetarians. I was absolutely shocked that this was the way I was treated. If we didn't pay in full, I would have honestly taken my money far far away.

Our rooms are cleaned and restocked daily as per international 4-star standards. Should there be any issue or missed service, our team is always available to assist—provided the guest takes the basic step of informing reception, which does not appear to have happened in your case.
We also strongly reject the vague and unfounded accusation of “disrespect to vegetarians.” We offer vegetarian options both at breakfast and at the restaurant (which is operated independently), and if you had specific dietary needs, all you needed to do was communicate them clearly.
We cannot offer assistance or correction when no one asks for it.

Unhappy clients
Stayed for 6 night with my husband.. We weren’t very happy with our room as it was on the ground floor it did have a patio surrounded by a hedge facing the front of the hotel. Unfortunately my husband was bitten several times by mosquitoes so we were unable to leave our patio door open , however between the noise coming from the building site next to the hotel and the banquet area where on most nights there were wedding/ functions where loud music playing until midnight to be followed by cars and pedestrians vacating the hotel We did request a room change but were told the only other available room would cost an extra €1500 … The hotel itself offers pool parties and functions at night time so the pool area had to be vacated by 6.30 in the evening time to allow staff to set up for such events.. where again loud music until 12 midnight… we did make another complaint but were told there was nothing they could do … on check out we were told we had to pay for parking at € 20 per day, however we were not told this on check in … Not a very customer friendly hotel we definitely would not recommend or return

Regarding your request to change rooms: upgrades are always subject to availability and any applicable rate differences based on the room category requested. The additional €1500 mentioned was simply the price difference for a significantly higher-tier suite for the duration of your stay—not an arbitrary fee.
As for music and private events: our hotel occasionally hosts weddings or evening functions, and we are transparent about this. These events are scheduled in compliance with local regulations and always conclude by midnight. The pool area closes at 6:30 PM to allow for proper setup and guest safety. This is standard and clearly communicated.
Lastly, the parking fee of €20 per day is listed on all booking platforms and signage at the entrance. It is never hidden, and reception is always available for any clarification.
