Unforgettable welcome!
Relais Villa Italia is truly an oasis of tranquility! I received, together with my daughter, enrolled in the Campus, a unique welcome! So much to leave her alone the following weeks, but with Francesca, Fabiana and Mrs. Italy, it was like being in the family! Availability and kindness, beyond the extreme care for cleanliness and order! In a very pleasant setting: the rooms are very well cared for in the shabby chic furniture, not to mention the outdoor area where relaxation by the pool is definitely an added value!
I really Recommendation for those like me who needed it from afar! Good girls!!!! Keep it up! I'm coming soon to hug you!!!

BAD WELCOME
Arrived at the reception we found a grumpy woman with glasses and a ponytail, apparently named Francesca according to the rest of the staff.
To every simple ritual question he answered in an unpleasant and rude way, arguing over any simple explanation we requested.
If I didn't have to pay for everything at Reservation I would have left right away.
Nothing to say about the rest of the staff who were kind and understood our discomfort.
At the request of the intercom of the structure where was the advertised parking they made us park outside the structure, practically in the street.
Now they will reply, as done in previous reviews , that the fault lies with the customer.A good inteditor a few words.
