Quality Hotel in Kisii
It is very central, not that Kisii is huge, but you can walk into town from the hotel easily.
It's a very modern hotel with grand fixtures and fittings.
Everything worked, hot shower, comfy bed and pillows, wi-fi, even Netflix worked (of course we didn't use it, we were too busy)
Oh, you will be awoken by the nearby Mosque at 04:30.
We ate out in town at night, so only ate Breakfast there, but it was really good.
The beds do need Mosquito nets, there are Mozzy's.
The Hotel Bar is naff, it's tiny and poorly thought out. It needs to be moved to somewhere else in the hotel and done properly.
And the breakfast coffee should come from the Hotel's very own Coffee Bar next to reception. A Hotel called 'Mocha' and yet we're served instant powder at Breakfast? come on guys!!!
Hotel reception was very friendly and gave us an excellent welcome, which is crucial and should never be overlooked.

Nothing works here...especially the staff!
Beautiful decorating, large/spacious room.
That is where the compliments end.
Never had a hot shower (2 nights).
Power grid is terrible in Kisii (not hotel's fault). When power goes out, so does elevator. Five floors down by stair. Asked if they had a backup generator? Answer: yes, but it is having issues.
TV did not work. Staff finally set it up the second night.
No mosquito net (with no A/C that means mosquitoes all night every night.
Restaurant had good food, if you could stand the wait and if you were hungry for the limited food they had on hand. Expansive menu, but 75% of items listed were not available. At breakfast I finally flagged down a waitress (she had headphone in listening to her phone). I ordered an omelette. Waited 40 minutes it never came. Finally ate some fruit off of the buffet bar. Had bread, but no toaster. Shame....like I said, when you finally got your food, it was prepared well and tasted good. At dinner (with guests) I waited 1 hour and 13 minutes for our meal.
This place has potential but will be like every other Kisii hotel unless management steps up training and oversight.
Oh yeah, there is a disco that "bumped" until 3 A.M.
I stay in Kisii at least once per year. Have yet to find a decent hotel.

Their Room packages are amazing,friendly-staffs,nice food,for the party lovers they got nice basement lounge...Enjoyed my stay! Recommend to All visiting Kisii town
