Spacious and comfortable

It is a hotel that is located in the industrial area of Toluca, it is not a vacation destination or anything like that. It is surely used by engineers, technicians and businessmen who go to Toluca for work. In my case, I had to do some things in Toluca and I would be traveling with my family, including my two children, so we took advantage of the fact that it had a pool and a good price.
The good: prestigious brand, very large hotel, clean and spacious room. The hotel is nice in general. The service in the lobby and restaurant was very good. The bed is wide, the TV is ok.
The bad: the parking lot is under construction, it is spacious but there is still a lot of material and you have to cross the street (over a covered bridge) - very nice. It's okay, but it's somewhat inconvenient.
In the room the safe was not working, "error" appeared on the display. Everything got stuck and they had to help us. Furthermore, the box was not attached to the wall.
The bathroom light in the room was failing. The light in the bathrooms in the pool area did not work (men's bathroom)
The pool water on the 1st day was quite cold so we reported it. It took 3 hours for maintenance to come, and we had to leave. To our surprise, the next day at 0830am the water was delicious, but we could only stay for an hour. It's a shame they didn't help us the day before.
There are some areas that need some maintenance, painting etc... but it is a huge hotel, they really need resources to maintain it
I would definitely return again, I liked it, I rested well and my children liked the pool.
It is a good hotel, with opportunity to improve

Bad service

Since I checked in it was unpleasant Miss Rangel reception without even welcoming me or good afternoon, I requested my ID I noticed that breakfast was not included so I asked if it was included to what answered no and needed evidence that I had confirmed it.. is seriously if not even offering help to validate because it did not appear left me the problem to resolve the issue. I spent 30 minutes resolving the situation and the problem was with Hilton's reservation system... they didn't even offer me an apology all the time long faces and, for you to get a cookie only a formalism if you perceive a bad atmosphere. On the other hand, I made a consumption in the restaurant and when asking how to check in then the waiter asks me to refer to a link and it turns out that it does not work ... something happens with the employees or the management there are hotels with simpler names with impeccable service and customer service like the La Muralla ... I already recommended that future events schedule them in the Wall

The inside of the property is in good condition but the outside is terrible. I stayed there because I was going to an event nearby.
I was not satisfied overall with this hotel!!

We stayed just one night. I had much more expecation. The room was old and less comfortable. The service and checking was not comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was fine.
