Pobyt rodzinny

Byłem tam w ostatni weekend całą rodzinką. Wprawdzie spa i basen nieczynne - po sezonie., natomiast sam hotel super. Wygodne, ładne pokoje, śniadania (w cenie) nie do przejedzenia. Obsługa - Pani Sylwia doskonała, właścicielka Karolina też> Położony w samym centrum. Niedaleko Kadyny i Frombork -też godne zwiedzenia. Szczerze polecam i będziemy tam wracali.

the hotel its quite spooky because its very dark inside
the restaurant its very small , only 3 tables
the room its for a 1 star room , not so clean, very cold, not nice at all
i dont recommand , are better hotels in Braniewo than this one

You get what you pay for. Decent.

I arrived to Warmia late in a Monday evening.
I got the key, WiFi pass (free wifi) and when i got in the room all seemed ok at first.
The problem was after shower when i went in bed.
The pillows have a strange smell not of fresh washed stuff. Also the carpet have some stains and i could see the overall cleaninig was not pro made. But nothing very bad... just that the last details about cleaning where forgotten.
The staff is helpfull, most of them can use english and one in top of another is a decent place to crush for one or few nights.

Value for Money, A+ for Helpfulness!

After reading some of the reviews for this hotel we booked with trepidation, as we were invited to a wedding in Braniewo and this was the only hotel our choices were limited. I have to say that the hotel is basic, no phones in rooms or tea & coffee making facilities in the room and of course the TV was all in Polish! I agree the rooms could do with a bit of TLC and the step down from the shower is an accident waiting to happen! BUT this is in a small village not catering for an influx of tourists! Our room (105) was HOT! but I think we may have been above the sauna??? The restaurant was in the basement and the lighting a bit dark but the food was OK. That's the negatives. On a more positive note.. Our plane was cancelled and we ended up arriving at midnight, but was given our key and told not to worry about registration until the morning. We went to the wedding and arrived back at the Hotel @ 4.30am and again there was someone there to let us in. They give you the password for Wi-Fi and we were not charged for any usage. We needed to check-in for our flights home and print our boarding passes and they could not have done more to help and again there was no charge for printing (large chains please note!) on check out there was no problems with anything, and it was then we discovered that the lady had been at the wedding and had rung the Hotel when we left the reception to make sure that we were not kept waiting to get in. All in all for the price we paid about £150.00 for 3 nights including breakfast and a meal there is not a lot of room to complain. The people at this Hotel cannot do enough for you, I would recommend that you go here not expecting a 5* Hotel but a Hotel that is in Northern Poland away from all tourist areas and one that goes out of its way to be helpful.
