Great hotel and location.

We stayed here for 3 nights in March and enjoyed our visit. The hotel is in a great location and have loads of things within walking distance. The room was a good size and the breakfast buffet had a good choice. We used the spa facilities at the hotel and thought it was worth the money(90 zloty each), the rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly.
We also liked the places we visited were all within walking distance of the hotel, we went to Second World War Museum, Mariacka Street, Dlugi Targ Square and a few pubs and restaurants also. The Forum shopping mall is within walking distance also.
We used the app Welcome Pickups for transport to and from the airport. Cost was around £20.
Overall we had a great time in Gdansk and would visit again.

Cityview??

I ordered superior room with cityview. At check in I got a room with a view into a concrete wall. I called reception to complain, but reception said I did not booked riverview. Don't expect cityview room to have any view at all

Air conditioning

The air conditioning didn't work in the room and the staff wouldn't fix, they said just to open window. Receptionist was very rude when we asked about the computer facilities. We could not sleep in the room as it was set at 25 degrees celsius. Not happy so far.

Very disappointing for the price

I booked a king room with river view. The sheets had clearly not been changed as there were black hairs under the pillow. The quilt had dark brown stains that appeared to be blood under the duvet cover. I found multiple silverfish in the bathroom every night, and the towels were coated in a powder that absolutely ravaged my skin. Staff were dismissive and indifferent when this was raised.

The place was clean , quiet and drinking water provided by a dispenser in the walkway
Easy access to the main area of Gdansk
Parking is expensive at the hotel
I'd recommend parking opposite the hotel
