We always strive to improve and would love to hear from you directly about suggestions for breakfast variety. For future stays, please feel free to contact us during your stay and our kitchen would be happy to prepare something special for you. Unfortunately there is not much we can do for you after you check out.
Regarding the parking, we understand your concern. The garage is not managed by the hotel, and the pricing reflects the luctrative location in the Old Town. This information is provided ahead of booking, however if it is too expensive for you we would happily provide cheaper parking alternatives outside the city center.
We hope to welcome you again in the future and make your next stay more enjoyable.

좋은 호텔, 사기 조심
나중에 편집: 이것은 호텔에 묵은 하루 후에 내 리뷰였습니다. 2일 후 우리는 물 병 옆에 있는 방에서 테이블 위에 놓인 와인을 위해 17유로를 지불해야 한다는 이메일을 받았습니다. 어디에도 그 와인이나 물이 지불해야한다고 기록되지 않았습니다. 또한 호텔의 제안에 따르면, 사람당 한 잔의 와인이 포함되어 있습니다. 레스토랑이 폐쇄되었기 때문에, 우리는 그 와인이 승진에서 온 것을 이해했습니다. 와인은 나쁘고, 우리는 그것을 마실 수 없었지만, 우리는 그 동작이 좋았다고 생각했습니다. 사실, 그것은 속임수였습니다. 나는 와인 잔으로 홍보의 스크린샷을 호텔에 보냈다. 우리는 나쁜 와인을 지불 할 것입니다. 다음에 우리는이 호텔을 피할 것입니다.

Firstly, we would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your initial kind review. We are truly sorry that an issue with a bottle of wine has impacted your overall opinion of our services and your stay.
As clearly stated on our website prior to booking, our offer includes one complimentary glass of wine during your stay. The key card you received upon check in mentions it as well, stating specifically "You are welcome to enjoy a complimentary glass of Slovak wine at our hotel bar" which is part of the complimentary amenities we provide. In your room, there was also a bottle of wine with signage stating that it is available on a paid basis, at a price of €18, in the same way we have other items in the minibar. The water has a signage that it is complimementary.
Please know that we always strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests, and we regret that we fell short in this instance.

완벽한 위치 - 우리의 예약을 존중하지 않았습니다
아들과 함께 여행하면서 별도의 침대 2개가 있는 객실을 예약했는데, 도착했을 때 내 '카테고리'에는 별도의 침대 2개가 있는 객실이 없다고 했습니다. 두 번째 밤에는 별도의 침대를 얻으려면 업그레이드 비용을 지불해야 했습니다.

Thank you for taking the time to review yoru stay and for mentioning our central location, decor and breakfast.
Please allow us to react to the statement that we did not honor your reservation, as that is not true. You have booked the standard room for your stay at the lowest rate which only has a king size bed, as is mentioned prior to making a reservation. After making the reservation there was a request to have separate beds which is not possible in this category and the request was denied. We offered to move you to a higher room category for a symbolic fee but received no answer to our offer. We are very sorry it negatively impacted your stay and we hope you will visit us again so that we can provide you with the perfect stay.
