Great hotel in Majorca

Superb hotel close to the sea, the promenade with shops and restaurants, while being quiet. Beautiful building and beautiful free spa open all day. Bus stop nearby. Beautiful room with top bedding and restaurant with quality products, meat in particular. Fresh fruit in the morning and evening buffet. Welcome and very professional service! Many thanks for a good stay

"I loved staying at this hotel! There is everything you need: swimming pools, bars, restaurants... and even a rooftop with views! The decor is super nice and the atmosphere is really chill. The staff is very attentive and the location is perfect, next to everything. The spa is a real plus and the restaurant dishes are delicious."

I can recommend this hotel to all lovers of relaxation by the pool, good food, and elegance.

We were welcomed with flowers on our Room. The room and its equipment were very clean. The hotel has an elegant interior. The restaurant and reception staff were great. The food was very tasty. The outdoor pool was open even though it was December, New Year. There are new machines in the gym. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve here, many thanks to all the staff who were a part of it all. Special thanks to: Dipa, Kevin, Ahlam, Nerea, Adriana, you were all great!!
I recommend revitalizing the SPA and banning guests without swimsuits there. Coffee at breakfast would be better in a self-service machine, the staff is too busy to serve all the people. Late checkout would be more practical via the guest website. The key to the safe should be handed over as standard at check-in.

Not everything that glitters is gold....

Fantastic facilities, but in the food and beverage section you only see "low cost" staff without any knowledge of the catering.
Such a hotel needs a good Restaurantmanager, it can not be left to people outside the trade.
Simple dinner worthy of a 3-star hotel, but 26 per person. Restaurant staff do not smile or interact with customers, law firm Pepe does not speak with respect, a German night receptionist, very arrogant, in short... low cost staff.
Congratulations on the cleanliness, and facilities, and the Moroccan waitress.
Hotel management needs professionals and not low cost foreign staff.

Good but with exceptions

Third time in the hotel...all good as always but this time I sent a message with the reservation why we were celebrating anniversary my husband and I, simply asked for a flower or a detail (paying obviously) We were in January why we could not go for our anniversary and they put flowers in the room
Then in the dining room all the waiters and waitresses super nice but Mr Mariano can see that he did not have his best days, he answered you badly, with pride and contempt .. I gave him a glass back because he was wearing lipstick and he left complaining that it was very thin... Anyway... We will return why the Spa we love but hope to have a better experience
