나는이 아름다운 호텔에서 루이스와 Jairol과 함께 우리의 경험에 대해 충분히 말할 수 없습니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터, 루이스와 Jairol은 우리의 숙박에 따뜻함과 친절을 추가, 믿을 수 없을 정도로 환영을 느꼈습니다. 루이스는 항상 내 엄마와 내가 필요한 모든 것을 가지고 있는지 확인하기 위해 체크인하고, 그의 친절과 관심은 정말로 우리의 여행을 특별하게 만들었습니다. Jairol은 똑같이 훌륭했다, 항상 근처에 있고 우리가 필요로하는 모든 것에 도움을 기쁘게했다. 두 남자는 주변에있는 절대적인 즐거움이었고, 숙박을 잊을 수있는 따뜻함과 보살핌을 표현했습니다.

내 호텔

이 휴일에 훌륭한 시간을 보냈다 엔터테인먼트 사람 Jairo와 루이스는 거기에 배터리와 호텔의 엔터테인먼트가 매우 깨끗한 내 휴일을 더 좋게했다. 리셉션은 정말 친절했다. 음식은 나는 10에서 8을 줄 것이다 그러나 나는 fussy하지만 다시 갈 것이다.

Nothing as it looks

3 hours waiting in the reception at the arrival saying the room is not ready and check in is at 2 pm,hotel under construction,room dirty full of dust ,noise was horrible, we had to ask them to change our room and even from there noise was heard, really cold in the night ,the heat in the room not working ,the food was the same for dinner what it was for lunch ,plates disgusting full of dry mayonnaise and big chunks on them and oil that I was shocked seeing that ,it was more as they rise the plates under water with no dish liquid and then put it back for serving i only ate 2 meals there from the days that i supposed to have all 3 meals a day ! It was a horrible experience, the hotel is nothing what is looks like in the pictures , i am shocked that a hotel under construction it is STILL OPEN For use !

Very nice until meal times

Please read full review thank you. Yes, it is a quiet hotel mostly used by Sweden, Denmark and Finland. So quiet good mannered guests. The rooms are spotless, and the hot water showers are exceptional. The maid service is good and the Staff are polite if a slightly unhappy vibe emanates from them we thought. Whilst the weather was bad there is no doubt the gardens and pools are very well kept. As a retired UK couple we do get around quite a lot, and we simply say (accept it or reject as you wish) - please be careful what you eat. The menu is obviously controlled by a strict budget. Be wary of cold mixed salad dishes that have previous re-worked items contained therein. Cakes are way below par! and they cut them in half to display them giving the impression of more. Breakfast eggs can be partially raw, scrambled egg is wet and soggy, bacon is a cooked processed meat, tomatoes not cooked, baked beans can just be a soup with a few beans in it, fresh bread can be hard to the touch, Cooked meats are displayed in an odd way mixed with cheeses; and finally for kids just expect very poor quality fries and other items pertaining to be chicken but consist of a pink based material that is hard to identify. Churros are ok but like the fried bread are thick with grease.
