작고 아늑한 호텔

고품질 객실을 갖춘 작은 호텔. 그것은 아주 새롭고 좋은 표준입니다. 우리는 여름철에 매우 좋은 자체 테라스와 정원을 가졌습니다.
아침 식사는 다른 작은 호텔과 매우 좋은 개인에 비해 상당히 좋았습니다.

Gross and disorganized

We booked five nights. The hotel and apartments are about three minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was gross! It has certainly not been cleaned for a very long time. When we cheated on it, the sheets and terrycloths of 3/5 people were missing. We had to ask for it three times and when after several hours at 8.30pm the children were so tired that we could not be brushed off, the boss did not find any linen. Finally, she found some for a person in the workshop truck between the drill and other tools. This one stunk accordingly... after another 20 minutes she found the remaining bed linen in another house.
Although we cleaned the kitchen first 1.5h when moving into the apartment, we were still charged 300SEK for the final cleaning.
The kitchen was so poorly equipped that we first had to buy a kitchen knife, a bowl and a cutting board at the supermarket. With our sack knife we tightened the stems on the pots again.
We cannot recommend the Solstickan in any way.
The beach is full of plastic waste and everywhere liquid and toilet paper is discharged into the sea from pipes...

Double payment!

The hotel rooms were OK. But I have for almost 4 months tried to get refunded their double charge at the restaurant. I have shown them the documentation because it is the same amount that was drawn on the card with a very short time between. At first I got the answer that they would investigate but they never came back. Have been to them a number of times and now they offer to refund some quite incredible. NEVER LIVE HERE!

Superbra service mm

Nice and quiet hotel with very nice staff at the reception restaurant, pool bar and maid on our floor(3). Good breakfast and food with variety, good pool area and a nice little beach (take swimming shoes on) is close to the bus stop and easy to go into Chania.

Fresh accommodation with a good restaurant

We came by bicycle on the Kattegatsleden. Stayed in the new part of the hotel good to be able to park our expensive bikes right outside our room on the lower level. The room was small but with comfortable beds and a good shower and toilet. The breakfast was very well proportioned. It was close down to the beach. We also ate in the associated restaurant and it was the best Bimbibap we have eaten.
The hotel was fresh but very impersonal. Just gray walls and nothing that "stuck out"
