I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the deeply disturbing incident my spouse and I experienced during our recent stay at Blue Pine Villa in Phuket. On the 1st of July while receiving a massage, we were shockingly interrupted by two Farang men who barged into the room without any prior notice. At that moment, both my spouse and I were undressed, leaving us feeling extremely violated and embarrassed.
The hotel's explanation that the massage room is not a private area is utterly unacceptable. Regardless of the location, the expectation of privacy, especially during such intimate services, is fundamental. This incident represents a severe breach of our personal privacy and left us feeling deeply distressed.
Upon our return to Shanghai on July 2, I immediately filed a complaint with Ctrip. The response we received from your staff regarding this incident was notably cold and indifferent, further exacerbating our dissatisfaction. Such a lack of empathy and concern for guest well-being is deeply troubling and unprofessional.
I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to ensure such incidents do not occur again. We also expect a formal apology and adequate compensation for the distress and discomfort caused by this appalling breach of privacy.
I trust you will handle this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and look forward to your prompt response.
