좋은 호텔

전체적으로, 나는 숙박을 즐겼다. 객실은 아름답고 넓었습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 2가지 문제가 있습니다. 호텔에는 거대한 레스토랑과 바가 있습니다. 우리 방은 1 층에 있었고 우리가 잠을 자려고하는 동안 매우 시끄럽습니다. 둘째로, 8시에 우리 창문 밖에서 일하는 사람들이 있었고, 잠시 머물렀습니다. 그것은 매우 불편했고 우리는 우리의 그림자를 열 수 없었습니다.

I'm so sorry about the disturbances you experienced. We understand how important a restful environment is, and we regret that noise from the restaurant and bar affected your sleep. Additionally, we apologise for the discomfort caused by the workers outside your window — that’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests and our Maintenance Manager is investigating with the contractors as to why work was started at such an early hour when the majority of our guests are in their rooms getting ready for the day ahead.
In regards to the noise, rooms on a higher floor are available on request and subject to availably.
We hope that you will return again and give us another chance to provide a more restful stay.

체크인에서 체크 아웃까지 멋진 호텔. 안드레아에 의해 완벽한 체크인은 호텔에있는 모든 것에 대한 조언을하고 심지어 우리 개를 위해 보낼 수있는 개 침대와 잔을 제공했다. 나는 제 면도기를 잊어 버렸고 체크인 후 몇 시간 후 리셉션에서 긴 대기열에 합류했습니다. 20 초 이내에 한 직원이 저에게 도움을 제안하고 제게 면도기 보상금을 주었습니다. 모든 직원들은 호텔에 대한 신용입니다. 루마니아 바텐더는 몇 가지 환상적인 음료를했고 또한 매년 희귀 해지고있는 서비스에 좋은 개인적인 접촉을했다. 나는 3 개 대륙에 걸쳐 많은 IHG 호텔에 머물렀고 이것은 직원의 서비스에 가장 적합합니다.

저는 제 아들과 함께 맨체스터를 방문하고 대학을 보았습니다. 우리는 음료와 저녁 식사를 위해 왔습니다. 나는 칵테일과 맥주를 바에서 주문하고 바 뒤에있는 두 사람은 어리석고 매우 불친절했다. 나는 요즘 칵테일을위한 14 파운드가 갈 수있는 요금임을 깨닫습니다. 하지만 미소로 제공되었으면 좋았을 것입니다. 거의 내 아들과 나는 불편한 것처럼 느꼈다. 우리는 겨울 정원으로 이동하여 음식과 와인을 얻었습니다. 우리의 웨이터는 절대적인 즐거움, 너무 친절하고 도움이되었다. 그녀는 우리가 결정을 내리기 전에 와인 중 하나를 시도하도록 했고 그녀는 우리에게 우리의 날에 대해 얘기했습니다. 우리는 맛있는 작은 접시를 공유했습니다, 특히 버터밀크 닭고기와 크로켓. 디저트로 우리는 빵과 버터 푸딩과 초콜릿 케이크를 먹었는데, 둘 다 매우 평균적이었고 돈에 가치가 없었습니다. 우리는 정말 우리의 경험을 즐겼다 그것은 바 직원이 그렇게 환영받지 못한 그냥 아쉽다.
