Clean newer establishment room was well equipped with fridge sink microwave dishes exc. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Staff could be more pleasant

The hotel location is great and there is no noise from traffic. The room was nice; however, the staff left much to be desired. When I arrived there seemed to be some kind of emergency going on, but the front desk clerk (Laurie) did not say a word to me. It was only when I got to the room, much to my dismay, did I realize there was no water supply. I had to call the front desk and they confirmed what I believed to be true. Yet, there was no word of apology. Later, I went down to the reception to inquire and still no proper explanation or apology. The issue was resolved later that evening but one would have expected better communication or at least an apology for the inconvenience. Imagine the plight of those forced to use the shower or toilet only to receive a nasty surprise in the bathroom! That check-in and arrival experience was very disappointing.
All the staff at this hotel appeared to be unhappy and nobody had a smile on their face or even greeted me once in the two days I was there. Not even a 'Thank you' or 'Good-bye' when I checked out. I would have given the place one star, but the hotel location and room rate were pretty good, so decent value for money.

Clean Nice Hotel located In Franklin

The recently opened Home 2 Suites in Franklin, Massachusetts was a pleasant surprise during our 3-night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the room as well as the entire hotel were immaculately clean. The staff went above and beyond, providing friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding Franklin area.
