We strive to make sure our guests are comfortable and satisfied with their overall experience. unfortunately, this time we did not succeed in doing so. I would like to personally apologize for the cleanliness issue that your experienced during your stay with us. I assure you that these are not typical occurances in our hotel. I have addressed this issue with our housekeeping team as well as with a specialist to prevent this from happening in the furture.
It is feedback like yours that allow us to improve and become better at what we do. I hope that the next tiem you are in the area, you will give us another chance to deliver the service you expect and deserve.
