뉴욕에서 나이아가라로 가기위해 잠시 거쳐가는 곳이라 저렴한 호텔을 예약했는데 가격 그 이상이였음 직원들도 너무 친절하고 룸 컨디션도 너무 깨끗하고 다 새제품인 느낌?? 로비에서 온갖 먹을것도 다 팔고 물이나 커피 얼음은 프리라서 걱정없었고 밤 늦기 도착한지라 한국에서 가져간 인스턴트랑 라면을 로비에 있는 전자레인지에 돌려먹고 아주 편했음! 특히 조식이 꽁짜인거치고 진짜 맛있고 종류가 많았음 와이파이 조식 주차 모든것이 무료임 추천함!

Mediocre at best

I was assigned this hotel for a work trip. On the surface, seems standard. The check in agent couldn't have shown that he cared less if he tried. It wasn't busy, he was just apathetic. The room was clean, adequate. I wasn't impressed with nowhere to put my clothes out of sight. There was a pipe on the wall to hang my clothes. My underwear- slap those suckers right on the mini fridge out in the open. The bathroom was fine, but who decided to name the soap company "not soap radio"? I went to wash my hands and all I see is a bottle of something labeled "not soap" on the wall. The TV wouldn't turn off which was annoying. No pool. Breakfast was highly disappointing. Check out went marginally better, at least they had a pleasant to neutral disposition.

We had trouble getting the tv to work. Staff was helpful and it was fixed. We also had difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi. Again we had to contact the front desk for help. We didn’t have warm water for showers the next morning. The water was cool and never became even close to warm. Chilly start to the day.

I genuinely love staying at Tru hotels. I seek them out. They’re fun, in great shape usually (as a newer brand), and as an allergy sufferer, the hard floors and simple interiors are much more allergy friendly. In general, the staff are also great. Camillus was no exception. Great hotel.
One thing that I have trouble understanding is why/how hotels place travelers BETWEEN groups who are spread across multiple rooms. On this trip, we were sandwiched between a team or scout troop (it was not clear) who were cross-crossing rooms and up talking and laughing past 2am. The hotel could have sought to be assured they were in adjacent rooms, perhaps at the end of the hall, to ensure other guests were minimally impacted. I did ask for quiet just once, but did not get too upset or ask again, since I didn’t want to ruin their time. My night of sleep - at that point - was already mostly ruined anyhow.
Please, hotels, put some thought into how you schedule groups. They have just as much right to be there, and when they are young, it’s to be expected that they will try to be with friends and have fun. I want them to have the memory. I don’t want to be the grouch that rains on their parade. Let’s keep everyone happy by thinking about how you arrange rooms. It would probably keep everyone a tad happier.
All of that said, the hotel was immaculate, the staff was kind, and I won’t hesitate to stay in the future. This was “just one of those nights” that might have been avoided.

Arrived early and was welcome to check in early👍👍. Was a little disappointed with basketball court…..definitely set up for kids with a lower rim. There were some unknown sporadic loud noises and bumps during the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Overall I would stay at this location again👍👍
