No complain

I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. The inviting atmosphere and thoughtful touches made each moment enjoyable. It was a perfect escape from the daily grind, allowing me to truly relax. I would recommend this hotel to eveyone who want spend few day in Halong

Peaceful and confortable stay

After a very bad experience in ANOTHER hotel, we had a great time here at Halong Boutique Hotel. Smiling and very informative reception. Nice and confortable room. They supply water, coffee and tea everyday (there's a kettle in the room). Recommend it!

Find elsewhere to have breakfast

Hotel is ok. No pool or other facilities. Restuarant next door. Round bed is v uncomfortable. No safe in room, no iron and a few other things, noise from outside and other guest rooms quite annoying although hotel says soundproofed.
Biggest problem is breakfast. For westerners it's two eggs, fried, toast, butter, jam, fruit juice, coffee . Eggs may be un edible due to the oil or fat they use for frying. There is a Vietnamese soup option but over 6 days, wasn't to my taste. Staff are very helpful. Motorbikes for hire just outside but not great options or quality.

The hotel is clean, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive. Great experience for my travel. I checked into the hotel very late but still received attentive support from the staff. I feel choosing this hotel was the right decision for me

Great value for money

-nice, clean rooms
-delicious breakfast
-very friendly, courteous staff. I was given detailed advice about tours through Halong Bay and they organized it quickly and perfectly for me. Simply great!
