The hotel is located next to the big lake so it’s very convenient and nice to walk around during the Tet new year light festival around the lake. They don’t have much option for vegetarians at the breakfast buffet but was very kind to prepare some cooked vegetables upon request.

Absolutely not recommended for international guests.
Absolutely cannot recommend this for international guests. Greeted by reception man smoking in the no smoking area. Check in process in disarray - could not find an Agoda or Booking.com prepaid reservation.
We chose this hotel as we were tired and wanted no complications. This is exactly the opposite of our experience. We ended up having out passports held hostage while on a business trip.

As the manager of X2 Vibe Viet Tri Hotel, I would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had at our hotel.Having read you letter, I am appalled by the treatment you experienced. This doesn't reflect the high standard we hold here at X2 Vibe Viet Tri Hotel.
In your comment, you state that you greeted by reception man smoking in the no smoking area and was kept passport.
We are so sorry to have inconvenience you on your visit to X2 Vibe Viet Tri Hotel. You complaint has inspired us to re-train the staff. Now, all employee have been reminded that appropriate procedure in this situation.
After receiving your comment , we checked camera and make sure that the man who you saw, he was not belong our hotel staff. He was a guest at X2 Vibe Viet Tri Hotel.
Besides, you mentioned that your passport was kept through night.Related to this issue, We already explained with your wife that we didn't keep passport, we only borrowed it from you to declare for local police. And the reception may be not good in English. It led to misunderstand each other. We hope you can understand the difficulties of our situation and share with our hotel related barrier language..
Further more, your passport was felt into road and our customer was taken it to our hotel. So, if you can read the letter , please kindly contact to us to receive it.

Nice hotel
They keep clean and nice hotel to us for the first time visited.
I stayed there for 2 days with my family. The hotel is very new, modish. They made me feel safety and clean more important for me because I'm a lady.
I just want said thank you to the girls and the boys work at 4K restaurant in hotel who were nice and hard worker.
Hopefully see you again soon for my next visited
